Cancellation Policy

IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above, and of the mutual covenants and benefits contained herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Client and the Contractor (each individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”) agree as follows: PAYMENT TERMS A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking to secure the Event Date. The remaining balance is due in full no later than three (3) calendar days before the event. Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. If the Client fails to provide required information, payment, or confirmation within the agreed timelines, the Contractor reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain any deposit paid. At the Contractor’s discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required prior to the event. The deposit will be returned within [5–10] business days following the event, provided all rental items are returned in their original condition and no damages, delays, or contract violations occurred. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Cancellations made fourteen (14) or more calendar days before the event are eligible for a full refund of any payment made, excluding the deposit. Cancellations made between seven (7) and thirteen (13) days before the event will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling requests are subject to a $50 administrative fee, unless due to military deployment or severe weather, in which case the fee may be waived at the Contractor’s sole discretion.
